Yes, we provide complimentary parking for our clients. You can use the dedicated spaces directly in front of our entrance or the shared lot. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes before your scheduled ritual to park and unwind.
What is your cancellation and rescheduling policy?
We value your time and that of our practitioners. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made under 24 hours may be subject to a late fee.
Do I need to prepare anything before my session?
No special preparation is needed. We provide everything required for your ultimate comfort, including premium organic linens, robes, and shower facilities. We suggest avoiding heavy meals and heavy caffeine intake an hour before your massage.
Can I customize my therapeutic treatment?
Absolutely. Every body is unique, and we do not believe in assembly-line treatments. Before your session begins, your therapist will conduct a brief consultation to discuss your focus areas, preferred pressure, and any specific physical goals you want to address.
